• Should have the capability to participate in customer calls and provide solutions.
• Establish well-defined processes which provide structure and organization to the application development activity
• Coordinate with Project Manager-Application Development for resolving customer issues related to application devlivery and schedule
• Ensuring adequate training of the resources from competency prespective
• Knowledge in any 1 programming language (C# desirable)
• Should have a very good attitude and should be able to coach and groom team members
• Should be willing to work in consulting mode and have good leadership skills
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding and ability in international environment
